I was wondering what people were spending on a tank of gas dependent on where they live and what they drive.
I drive a 2001 Dodge 1500 4 X 4 short bed truck and live in Northern California.
Gas is an average of $3.27 here and it costs me about $70.00 to fill up.

(my car takes supreme, regular is about $3.05/gallon)

I drive a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD. A tank of gas cost me $0.00. However, a tank of Diesel here is 2.82 per gal. With a 33 Gal tank, it cost me $93.00 to filler-er-up. I do not ever let it get that low. Around town I will fill up after using 1/4 tank. That's once a week for me.

I have a chevy silverado 1500 in Va and it costs me about $140 for a fill up so at 3/4 tank - I always stop to avoid shock and heart attack. I am noted also for the heaviest foot in the state.

I drive a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant. Regular costs $3.19/gal. takes about $40 to fill up. I live on Long Island in NY.

Depends on which vehicle. 1987 Mercedes Benz 58 liter @ZAR7.04/lt = R408.1993 Toyota Camry 85lt@ZAR7.04 = R598. The exchange rate is today ZAR6.95/USD1. I work in Johannesburg and live in Tzaneen where fuel is ZAR0.20 more expensive.

2000 Ford Escort ZX2, I live in Madison, WI, last time I filled up, it was about $25, that's using the cheap stuff, gas here is about $3.09-$3.19
