I have several, but Green Arrow is my favorite & I'm glad he was included in the series.

i want to choose batman because he is my favorite of all DC comics heroes, but i guess i'll think outside the box of batman and superman and look at the huge cast of supporting characters on that show. The question is probably my favorite. i love how he is constantly blurting out conspiracy theories and he has an awesome "costume" , with that no face look. also he is a great hero becaue, like batman, he doesn't use any super powers. he always gets to the truth. there was an episode where he got captured by cadmus, and i beleive that is his crowning moment of the series.
another favorite is supergirl. i like her character because she is a more "human" version of superman. kind of like superman as a teenager. her stories are always interesting because she's constantly trying to move out of superman's enormous shadow.
well i hope that answered your question, and its a shame that great show was cancelled.

I would have to say Zatanna the Magician, although she wasn't used as often as the others.
After that, any memeber of the Justice Society who was folded into the show to increase the hero roster.
