I'd like to know it's meaning...so that I can better understand what has happened...the word just came to me and I don't understand why...?

Broken down it would sound like"an-qua-ter-ium" or "an-qua-tier-eum"

I looked up the word on the internet and got somekind of a letter in another language...I don't speak...?

Yep, American Heritage says you made it up.

Maybe you should go to work making up new words for the English language. That was a pretty good one :O)
