If you want a free, legal option, look up a program called liveswif on Download.com (v.2.2)
It's not as good as the original, expensive version, but it's at least a good way to get started.

use Macromedia Flash babe

go to adobe.com and ull find a trial version of flash 8, not hard to find a crack

the simple but expensive answer is to buy a copy of Flash from Macromedia.
