An Answer is only as sensible as the question: The first man on the moon was allegedly Neil Armstrong in 1969 - He was not alone, there was obviously a crew - but he is considered the first because he was the first man to 'step' out of the ship onto the moon - imagine what an honour that must have been - (I Guess that also confirmed that the surface was safe to step on and he want be disintigrated or swallowed live by giant worms) - depending on what you are asking, he is fine. Forgive me if my answer was not relevant to your question, I have no idea what the MOOM is but it must be ok, if there are people in it.

Neil Armstrong July 1969. It is now believed that NASA faked the Apollo landing though and it was filmed in a studio.

I think you might get better answers to this question if you spelled things correctly, as well as used proper grammar. People haven't been IN the moon, and there is comtemplation as to whether they were on the moon as well.
