Wow there are some interesting weights here. It really matters on how big they are. I am 32 years old 5'0" and weigh 113 lbs, but my son is13 5'2" and he weighs 98lbs so its about eating healthy, exercising every day, and getting plenty of sleep. There is no exact because everyone is different. By the way my best friend is 32 5'1" and weighs 150lbs but she has much larger bones and more muscles than me.

There is no perfect weight at any age. However, at that age your body is going through a lot of changes and hasn't found its comfortable spot yet, and it will be a long time before it does. If you are eleven years old, the last thing that should be on your mind is weight.
Keep in mind, muscle weighs a lot more than fat, so if you are in really good shape you'd actually weigh more than if you were out of shape. So throw the scale out the window - that number is meaningless.
As long as you are getting enough exercise and eating enough from all of the different food groups (cutting one out is EXTREMELY hazardous to your health, especially at such a young age!), you are probably very healthy, regardless of how much you weigh.
It pains me to think that someone at this age is concerned about weight. Just stay healthy and your weight will be exactly what it should be. And if anyone is telling you to be concerned about how much you weigh, ignore them; they're probably trying to get you to focus on your body in order to distract you from the fact that they're uncomfortable with theirs.
If you really are concerned about weight, talk to your doctor. S/he will be able to tell you whether you are healthy or not, and answer any questions you may have.

I was 100 lbs in 6th grade and really slim since I was really tall. A normal weight (if you're about 5' 3" or so, shorter than I was) would probably be 100-110 lbs. But if you're less or more, as long as you don't have a health problem or your doctor starts getting worried, DON'T diet!!!! It's really bad for you when you're usually on your growth spurt around that time.

I can't tell you myself, but I can tell you this; A: you shouldn't worry about it, unless you're badly obese, you don't need to worry about your weight, there are MUCH more important things worth your time and energy.
And B: the average person's idea of what is the ideal weight for any given age is wrong 9 times out of 10. It's colored by what the media and hollywood, society, etc. tell us is right, which is NOT right. If you're going to base your 'ideal' weight off of something, then it should be what the medical community says is ideal, because then it's not just an issue of your appearance, which is superficial, but your health, which is QUITE important.

My daughter weighs 94 pounds and she is 11 yrs old and in 6th grade. She is about 5 feet tall. She is average sized in comparison with her classmates. There is no perfect weight. She's beautiful but I'd think the same thing if she were 10 pounds lighter or heavier.
