I have Picasa but I don't think you'll be able to do that with it! Picasa is able to only change the texture,color,style,and size of a photo,but i do think you can do what you are asking about,if you wanna do that then you may want to install Photoshop,but only if you have a Macintosh computer,but you can get Adobe Photoshop it'll work for all Windows computers and Macintosh ones!!!!!!!!!
