Most of the O predictor requires limiting fluid intake at least 4 hours prior to doing the test, but drinking a lot of water per day is the key to successful conception. We might want to do the test twice per day aound the predicted O date that means drinking water is limited at least 8 hours per day, then how and when to drink enough water to maintain a healthy system ready for conceivement? Is 4 hours holding urine prior to test a must???? If so any substitute for water to maintain or enhance fertility? Totally confused!!! !!

You might want to use a product like preseed for lubrication while you're holding back on fluids. It's the only lubrication that won't harm sperm.

Ok, there is no need for confusion, do not worry about the water intake, measuring the time you will be testing and the water you should drink before that will make things harder. Once your Lh is on its top high nothing will make it no show up, it will be there and the tests tell you that the best time to do it is sometimes in the afternoon until around 5 o'clock, so don't limit yourself to your fluids ntake and when I was trying to concieve I found this to be very confusing so what I did is that I got me another fertility monitor, it is called Fertile Focus, and I got pregnant the month I used it. Here is the website if you would like to check it out www.fertilefocus.com, it is much better, the way it sorks is easier than the pee tests, this is a saliva microscope that tells you when you are about to ovulate and the day you are ovulating, when we are about to ovulate the estrogen levels in our bodies get very high and that causes your saliva to cristalize into a "fern pattern" when you see this you are in your most fertile days. It is a saliva sample all you need and you can test as many times a day as you want every day i paid about 18 dollars for it. Anyway, don't worry about the lh surge like I said take your fluids the way you always do, space them during the day so you get your 10 8oz glasses a day and just test whenever the test recommends you or try the fertile focus. Either way you will be fine, when it is in God's hands it does not matter what we do, he already has a plan for us.

I just tried to limit my fluids for a couple of hours. Most tests say not to use FMU (first morning urine). I tested around ten and again around eight - when I could.

you need to o.k. reword that query to study what motives conflict between fundamentalilsts and all and sundry else. The Bible is an fairly complicated artwork, there is not any such situation as one authentic all encompassing translation and set of ideals. this is a good style of the situation. All Christians, and that contains fundamentalist Christians could be far extra clever off in the event that they found out all of them agreed on plenty plenty extra desirable than they disagree on. There are variations to make optimistic yet whilst all we do is fucus on the variations and dont see the face of God in all and sundry we meet we are no longer residing as Jesus might have us.
