I would drink plenty of water, healthy diet, lots of exercise in and out the bedroom. stay away from fatty foods, plenty of fruit and veg. I would even consider going to hypnotherapy or buying a self hypnosis CD on weight loss. my friend bought stop smoking CD and that worked it just depends if you really want to lose the weight or not with hypnosis. it cant hurt you to try it I suppose. I should imagine you will lose some weight with the stress of organising the wedding I did went to size 12 then size10, my dress was to big a week before the wedding. that's a little more weight loss. Good luck ;losing the weight and the wedding in October.

I wouldn't recommend any medicine except for some of the natural stuff like green tea gel tabs (helps with motabolism and food cravings). And if you don't want to be in the gym everyday try to not eat past 7 or 8 o'clock at night, trust me it helps tons! Eat bigger breakfasts and smaller dinners too. And also try to walk a lot more even 15 minutes a day helps a lot.

Why do you want to lose weight does you boyfriend not love you for who you are. But try a calorie controlled diet along with plenty of Exercise should work, but seek advice from your Doctor or Health Centre first to see which diet would suit your lifestyle the best. Good luck with the weight loss and have a good day when you tie the knot.

yes iv got one, phentamine 30mg, they make you loose weight asap, trust me iv had them Great they are instant weight lose, only trouble is, these days they dont prescribe them at the doctors, you can only buy on-line, but its worth it. Go for it. You can lose a stone in a month, not ideal really, but a bloody good fix.

Plenty of vigorous exercise and a healthy diet should do the trick however, dieting may be a problem if you have any medical conditions which may affect you.
If that is the case, I suggest that you see your GP or Nurse first.

When I was getting married, I joined Slimming World. If you join now you could definitely lose a stone and a half by October.
No exercise necessary, but it would help, of course.
Good luck.
