LOL...sorry, but I hear ya' loud and clear. And I don't believe in air conditioning. I know, I'm some sort of throw back. But listen, come on over. Right now my deck is getting so cool. This time of day the sun doesn't hit it anymore. I've got a fan out there just a blowing away. Got tons of ice tea and super cold water. Soda and beer too, if that's your preference. My deck is a little oasis...and you're welcome over.

Got a sprinkler, my dear?
^_^ Go on -- nothing is more entertaining than watching a full-grown adult carouse freely through a small lawn-watering device.
Also, if you're at work, running your hands and wrists under continuous cold water really does seem to help with the heat.
Good luck! It's a humid 84 degrees in northern Ohio! =)

Do like I do, either stay in doors and keep your AC at 70 degrees or if you go somewhere, turn the air on in the car and hurry up and get in doors. Just stay away from the sun basically and drink PLENTY of liquids.

where do you live ? im in florida i know there are hotter places but when its humid its hotter , drink water not sodas to much sugar makes you thirstier , stay in air condtioning as much as possible even go to the mall , eat more vegatbles and fruits that you have chilled in the fridge , wear lighter color clothes dark ones absorb heat , jump in the shower or pool , have a water mist bottle to keep when walking out side .

i take cooler showers periodically after work to cool down. not only does it cool me off, but i get more relaxed cause im not so hot before bed and such. Also, wear less clothing haha. drink cold beverages such as smoothies or cold water or ice cream even. think about it this way, if you are cool on the outside, your cool on the inside and if youre cool on the inside, youre cool on the outside!

actually a way to do it without spending a lot, is drinking hot drinks. It gets your body temperature hot which makes it feel like a normal temperature or something. A science teacher told us that once, he said it's really effective.

take a shower with lukewarm water, not cold water - this tricks your body into thinking its warm and automatically cools the temperature, also drink hot tea, this will make you sweat and lower your body temperature too
