The way the laws are written, it is a gray area. But the law does stipulate the privacy of consenting adults, if that makes you feel any better.

I believe sex in general is legal nationwide. So long as there is no public sex (which is applicable to the gay and straight population). It might be frowned upon, might! but not sure, but it's most likely legal-- because, who could stop people from meeting to fornicate?

If it is illegal, it shouldnt be. If straight people can have sex in any state, then so can gay people.

hope that helps!

Missouri had a law outlawing "sodomy" but it was struck down by the US Supreme Court in 2003. They allow gay adoption, but have no anti-discrimination in housing or employment laws.

You can read more about your state, or any state and some about local laws at the Human Rights Campaign, link below.

The US Supreme Court struck down all sodomy laws in 2003, it is not illegal to engage in mutual gay sex anywhere in the USA.

Aw C'mon! Everywhere you live, someone is against someone else! Get real

Seattle- tree huggling liberals vs consertatives.

California- Politically Correct vs Common Sense.

Washington DC- Ruleing people vs Out of touch with reality

No mater where you go, you're going to find this kind of thinking.

It's legal..but even if it weren't, I wouldn't let that affect where I live. I feel like it's part of my responsibility as a lesbian to help make things easier for other glbt folks. I'm not militant, but I'll live where ever I like...especially if it's going to make it easier for others in the long run.

What part of MO are you thinking of moving to? I live in KC......

Yes, it's legal... and in Columbia, there are laws that protect your rights. Come on, we'd love to have ya! Besides that, we have probably the cutest Governor in the country... he's an idiot (and married), but definately cute....
