I do love my partner, but I feel having sex with some else. I just find it irrelevant.
Why would I be confused in not loving some, while I'm having sex with other person?

It's not that sex and love are related. It's that part of loving someone has to do with trust and loyalty, and faithfulness.
I was deeply (astoundingly) in love with a man who cheated on me. It wasn't the cheating that bothered me as much as his dishonesty and lack of personal integrity. No matter how much I loved him (and I can't even begin to describe it to you), we committed to each other...and by cheating on "us", he showed an appalling lack of personal integrity.
I don't care how much I love someone. I can't be with someone I don't trust and who has no integrity.
So, the question is....do you have the personal integrity to remain committed to the person you love?
All I can say is...if you decide to have sex with someone else. Your partner deserves to know you've made this decision before you do the deed...so they have the opportunity to decide if this is something they want to live with. While you may find it irrelevant, they may not...and it's not fair to them to engage in a behavior which personally impacts them..and the way they feel about you without giving them notice.

I am a little confused at your question but sex has everything to do with love. Sex is very special and should not be had with just anyone. You really should love someone if you have sex with them....but that is your decision and I cannot tell you how you should run your love life...

basically there should only be love with sex. when you have sex your giving someone your body your temple your everything. if you can't commit to only having sex with your partner then maybe you should rethink about your relationship and where everyone stands. when you give your all to one person and can commit everything changes. it's makes you so much happier to know that the person loves you for you and not cuz your an easy lay or a slut.

U can have sex with someone else and love some one else, but u dont really love them the way they should be loved.....It is all in the illusion of being in love....If u really loved the person u are with u would not want anyone else but them.....

You sound confused. Do you neglect your partner? Monogamy is apart of trust within a loving relationship. My BF would dump me in a second if I had sex with someone else.
