anyone know where i can make my own art? or where i can buy an art program?

i want to edditt pictures, but i don't have a program to do that, so i was wondering if anyone knew.

Download The GIMP it is open source alternative of the best program for editing pictures and photos: ADOBE PHOTOSHOP or if the previous are to hard for you try PHOTOFILTRE it is simple but yet powerfull enough.
