I don't like full trash cans, dirty mirrors or clothes on the floor. What are yours?? Of course, if you are messy, you're ok with everything(haha)

Now that is an interesting question most will not understand. Fetishes are not something most people have, a true fetish in the psyshosexual sense of the word is very different from something that turns you on or you are aroused by, it does turn you on and arouse you but it is something more basic than that. One thing we know is that a fetish can be for almost anything so why not the opposite sex, in fact the process of having a fetish is very similar to that of sexual orientation so why could it not be? I had it explained this way, imagine there is a little box in your head and what ever is in that box is what you are sexually attracted to, normally what is in that box is the persons mental image of the ideal mate. The closer a person is to the image in the box the more you will be attracted to them. The box is closed, you can't add, subtract or change what ever is in the box. What happens with a fetish is for reasons unknown to us the door to the box opens and lets something in that is not supposed to be there, like an object, say a shoe. You may not notice it at first but after puberty you start thinking about what ever is in the box in a sexual manner. The thought of that shoe controls your sex play every bit as much as much as the hottest mate you can imagine. And since you can't open that door it is in there for life. You never had control of what went in the box it could have been the result of any random experience or image and scientist don't understand exactly how it happens but they do know it happens early in life. Sounds a lot like sexual orientation to me, you can ask but nobody remembers when or how they decided to be gay or strait. People can't remember when they decided to be head over heals turned on by wearing diapers, shoes, cross dressing (though that is sometimes done for different reasons it can also be a fetish). It is almost like an object transitions into being your sexual orientation. Why could it not be the same with same sex attraction. I think it could at least in some cases and especially with men who are more susceptible to fetish anyway.

My husband thinks I am crazy but I have 2 shoe racks in our living room, it doesn't bother me if they don't all fit and some get left on the floor near them, but he puts them on the other side of the walk way! What is so hard about turning the other way to take them off! Maybe his shoes are too good for ours!
I'm too sexy for your shoes!! lol

messy often means disorderly. Not dirty. Clean fetishes, for example Lady Macbeth's hand-washing andcompulsive spot rubbing, are often signs of guilty.

dirty dishes in the sink.
walking around barefoot right after a shower.
walking on carpet wearing just socks on my feet (imagine all the hairs and stuff it picks up.. gag).
dust on the dashboard of cars.
floors that haven't been vacuumed in a long time.
smudges on windows and mirrors.
hairs in the sink.
gobs of toothpaste in the sink.
bits of food in the kitchen sink.
sticky counters.
messy fridges (they have to be organized).
sticky hands.
hair stuck to my back when i'm in the shower.
AND i'm absolutely positive that my feet are nowhere near clean if i don't scrub them right before i get out of the shower.

wow... i guess i'm somewhat insane.

I don't think your peeves are unusual. Hi Uncle Tard! I see you've graced another clean section with your trash.

Can't stand dirty kids --- you know the ones with dirty faces and dirty clothes and the worst seeing people walking around with kids with dirty saggy diapers that's just gross.

Can't stand dishes in the sink, anything dirty in the bathroom and can't stand for clothes to be left on the floor --- directly in front of the clothes basket -- drives me crazy.

definately the ones you mentioned, but I hate teash in a trash can that has no bag in it. I cant stand lose hangers in the closets, hair in the shower or tub and carpet that has no vaccume lines, dirty counter tops, and glass with smudges or finger prints on it.
