Any astrologers out there who can help me understand my Neptune transit?
Any fellow aquarians who can sympathize?
Neptune is currently transiting my natal sun & mercury in aquarius.
I'm finding it an incredibly confusing time, to say the least.
I have enormous desire to help ease suffering in the world, but nothing I find seems within my reach (volunteer programs, education, work, etc) or possible for me to accomplish. I am getting older, more disillusioned and cynical. I am losing hope, and even the will to carry on somedays. I know I am capable of more than this. I need a truly new perspective, and some non-cliche inspiration. Thanks for taking me seriously, and your patience w/my rambling on....

That is what Neptune does......confuse things !
Neptune is the big "desintingrator" (spelling ?) of the ego....Will take a while to get out of the fog. Hitting Mercury too ? Can't think properly ?
Still better than Pluto......destroys completely.....before finding the right door....
Should have your chart done and look at other aspects to get some help from "friends". There is always a way after all.

well i can sympathise a bit , that retrograde mercury was playing tricks all over my chart. i know what its like to have that desire to help out but loosing hope in that i just cant seem to yell loud enough to get them to hear me. i guess the best part of these aspects is they pass with time... granted that neptune might take awhile.. im sure your aquarian originality can give you new ideas of helping people.
just remember it isnt that hard to find somone to help, we are after all suffering to some degree. ie a bigger tip to that waiter who could possibly need the money for college, a person who lost their animal. there is someplace you can be of help within reach ...

I can sympathize! I had transiting Neptune (in 10th) oppose my Mars, Mercury and Sun (in 3rd) in the past few years. Next year it will oppose my Venus (in 4th).
T. Saturn and T. Neptune will oppose each other soon and again in '07. Depending on how they aline in your chart, that may help you gain new perspective on the situation.
