he married this brazilian lady as a favor so that immigratoin wouldnt send her back to brazil.2 days after he died she call us to tell us about it.how can i get her to confess to the real story because now shes out to get half of the family estate.and how can some one say that it was a favor and a month later went to go see a lawyer telling him that they loved each other and that they lived together when they really didnt. she her self confessed to us that she will never forget him for what he had done for her.people like her really dont deserve any type of happiness in their lives.please only give sincere answers to my questions....

You can't get her to do anything that she doesn't want to do. Just remember ill gotten goods are soon lost.

I am sorry to hear of your father in laws death.

This is going to get messy. First does she have a marriage license/ certificate to substantiate the marriage happened legally? Where was she residing during this time?

It may be best to hire a PI to investigate this person....

Ask an immigration attorney what legal issues your fathers estate may face if this was a fraudulent marriage.

Speak with a probate attorney about the laws regarding your FIL estate. Was there a will? etc...

Get a notebook, keep copious factual note of dates, conversations etc. Document everything

Immigration usually investigates such marriages very carefully. You need a good lawyer to contest her claim to your father-in-law's estate This is going to be long and messy.
