does anyone know of any states that allow it? i know sex with a full blooded sister it illegal but what about a half sister? we share the same dad and i know she wants to do it and is of legal age (shes 18) and i am as well (im 23).

by the way we are not close like normal brother-sisters. she has always lived in one state with her mom and me in another with my mom and our dad in a 3rd different state. at best we have gotten to see each other 3 times in any one year. i dont think she sees me as a brother because of this and i dont see her as a sister because of this. there is some sexual tension there between us.

i dont think about having sex with her just because she is my sister and its taboo. i think about it because she is very hott! she lives in the south too so she has a cute southern accent.

No. Half siblings are still very blood related. So that means that there is nothing different about her rather she's your half sister or full blooded sister, it really is still the same.
