Hollywood is right at the airport...There are really cool music festivals and events there....rent is low....Close to Miami but not so close that spanish is a requirement...Beautiful Beaches.....Perfect Winter....5 minutes to Downtown and Las Olas....that is fun....Traffic sux....cross roads are named after dead presidents...Job Market plentiful but lower salries...Dolfins Games.

it is very near fort lauderdale....hollywood is up and coming i think. there is construction going on everywhere in south florida, so i think it'll become even better. there is a lot of stuff to do around the miami area...that's where i am usually, i don't really go to hollywood that often...but miami and south beach is only a short drive away from hollywood!

You can try living close to the hollywood beach more activities and the boardwalk is cool for a little shopping, dining, biking, and rollerblading, you can always meet someone there

Hollywood is very near Miramar and Pembroke Pines, I rather move to Pembroke Pines. No, there is not that much to do, you will have to drive down to Miami. Good luck

It is close to Ft. Lauderdale which is a great city, but Hollywood is kind of nasty.

i haven't lived there, but i have visited.
it is beautiful ,hot, humid.
