Yeh i think everyone is pretty clear on that. In fact, I'd like to clarify, he's not anti-semitic, he's anti Jew. A semite is not a Jew, rather it is someone from the region of the middle east. Arabs are also semites. So he is a lousy piece of sh*t anti Jew bastard. Aside from all of that, Passion of the Christ was a bad movie. Take aside all the politics outside the realm of it, it just sucked as a movie.
F you Mel Gibson.

Don't get sloppy.
"The Passion" had no evidence in it of being anti-semetic. Gibson's account simply accurately reflected The Gospels, where the Jews in the crowd reject Jesus of Nazareth. Any faithful telling of the gospels is going to provoke an attack from the major media, and this is where this foolish notion started. "The Passion" is not anti-semetic.
Moving on to the second issue ... Gibson's father is on record being a Holocost denier. It is hard for any son to outgrow that, and his latest outbursts, however drunken they may be, cast a dark cloud over him.
One must conclude he is at least anti-semetic in his thoughts. I don't know his history well enough to know if he is anti-semetic in his actions, and there is a difference. For more on this difference, see Herz-bol-(I want 10 geriatric Muslim clerics to f*uck me up the a*ss before I become a martyr)-LAH vs. Israel.

I think the Passion kinda gave it away. But with the police officer incident, there's no doubt. I personally thought he was a good actor and such until the Passion. Being it that I am a Jew, I didn't watch the movie and take great offense to what he said about my people.

Hi! Mel Gibson is just another publicity seeking actor - do you really think he sits in his mansion counting all his Millions worrying about little old Joe no-body... Of course he doesn't - don't give his spiel the time of day.. The Police officer was probably paid - like the one who went into the toilet with George Michael..

I think he may arbor some ill feelings to them but the bottom line is, when your drunk your drunk. He claimed he owned Malibu so the cops wouldn't arrest him. So if he is a Jerk, it's going to come out with the Alcohol. Some Jews folks are just still mad at him because of the Passion of Christ. They thought it was antisemectic! Please. I was the Jews not the Romans who wanted Christ Dead. But that does not mean todays Jews are bad. It's just something in their history. Like it or not that's what happen.

I think Mel Gibson is anti-21st century.
And 20th.
And 19th.
And...
Let's be honest, the man wants to roll Time back to Middle Ages.
It was so much more fashionable to hate, back then...

Yes, unfortunately. Alcohol reduces one's inhibitions and you can find out what people are really thinking inside when they are under the influence.
I was a fan of his movies before but I will no longer watch anything he makes or stars in. He never denounced what his father said. His father was a Holocaust denier.

Yes, it walks like an anti-semite, talks like an anti-semite so odds are it's an anti-semite.
