What are your bills for? If they're credit card debt, you need to consider why you are using your credit cards so much. Are you using them to survive or just go shopping? Are your bills a result of medical expenses? There are steps you can take help make this burden more manageable.

I think most people's main source of stress is due to finances. I know my student loans give me a headache. My advice is to definately try to avoid credit card debt because it seems to really trip a lot of people up financially and once you are in the trap its tough to get out!

I make sure I have enough to eat and my bills are paid. Sometimes I have to conserve gas and cash, but it tends to not bother me much. I don't really shop and I wear my hair natural so I don't spend unnecessarily.

talk to a credit counselor. Or just do not live beyond your means. dont spend. I know it is hard but it can be done!
