Rabbits do pee and poop a lot. If they go a day without doing anything, the problem may be serious. Imagine if YOU went a day without releaving yourself- you probably would go to the doctor. Rabbits can get intestinal blockages (impaction) from lack of fiber or water in their diet, hairballs, or foreign objects like string. Urine blockages can occur if they have a bladder stone or infection. Urinary blockages are serious and need vet intervention. If your bunny is not pooping, check his butt to make sure it is not sticking to it (or in it). If so, clean it off, and if you think there is a lump of feces stuck in the rectum, take him to the vet. This "sticky poop" usually comes from poor diet, so make sure he has constant access to timothy hay or orchard grass and start introducing small amounts of dark leafy greens (like dandelion, clover, grass, collard, etc.) Also check to see that he's eating and drinking OK. What goes in must come out, and if he's not eating or drinking enough, he's probably sick or stressed.

Well make sure it is getting enough hay or some other high fiber food. As long as it is eating & drinking and going to the bathroom at all everything should be ok. If it stops then you should visit the vet.

Make sure he is eating lots of timothy hay or alfalfa hay, that's usually what I do with mine when he gets constipated, but like MissyIndy says, take him to the vet if he really has you worried.
