if you have dark skin then a bronze blusher but if its light brown then a dark pink and some bronze and purple eyeshadows and a nice pink or brown lipgloss and eyeliner would suit your dark eyes and both on top and bottom would look good

Well, firstly you already have lovely skin by the sounds of it so I would lay off the foundation. Try a tinted moisturiser. Benefit do a great one called You Rebel.
Next use a light pink or shimmery bronzer on the apples of your cheeks - nothing too dark. Again, try Benefit Hoola or Dallas. They are both lovely.
Try a nice cream/beige colour eyeshadow and apply that all over the lid. Then use a darker brown colour in the evenings on the outer corner of your lids - not too much - blending is the key! When you look down at a mirror but keep your head up, apply the darker shade to the bits of your eyelids that look shaded. Try it and you'll see what I mean! For eyeliner, feep your eyes open and dot all the way along your lashline as close to the lashes as you can. Just dot the pencil - don't draw a solid line - and do it on the bottom too for an evening look. Then using a blending sponge or cotton bud, smudge the eyeliner dots together to form a smokey look and to blend the dots in. Follow with a coat of mascara. Leave your lips natural with a slick of lipgloss in a peachy or natural red colour and voila! Beautiful!!!

if you had highlights or lighten your hair slightly it would lighten your skintone, or you would have to search instore to find a foundation that suited you. liquid eyeliner is easy to put on, take it from a quarter of the inner eye out to the end and flick up slightly for that eqyptian look for a night out. you could wear any colour lipstick, buy a few and match to what you are wearing or your nailcolour. pale pink lips can double as blusher and gives your skin a fresh dewy look. almay have a good eyeshadow collection and lipsticks. clinique have a great eyeshadow in a tube with inbuilt spongetip, easy to put on and you can use it in the socket, then blend it.

A good tip for eyeliner if your looking to have smokey eyes is to put it on the inside of your eyes and perhaps if you want little flicks on the edges. It all depends on the shape of your eyes. I have quite round eyes so this suites me as it makes my eyes more almond and exotic looking, if you have small eyes though eyeliner on the insides might make them look too small. I would also recommend benetint by benefit makeup. It suits all skin colours and is easy to use. Dab a few drops on the apples of your cheeks and rub in. It gives a lovely blushed look and makes you look more healthy. you can also stain your lips with it and then put lip balm or lip gloss on top to give a little sheen. You can wear it on its own or with foundation, and it lasts ages so is good value.

Sounds like you should stick with golds, browns and maybe a bit of color around your eyes. However makeup tips, site unseen is never a good idea. I suggest you visit a makeup counter at your local mall. Este Lauder has always been good to me. They will help you try diffent things and show you what looks best on you. It doesn't cost anything for a walk up consultation and you don't have to buy anything. Be serious and look like you want advice and they'll give it to you.

omg you have the same exact skin pigment as i do, hair color, and eye color! i dont have any older sisters either. i just learned from friends. just wear some nice purple eyeshadow, gold, and maybe soft blues. they look so nice. green is also a good color too. do not go for to bright colors. the key to wearing makeup is to look like you have none on. you want colors that will blend in with your skin. maybe some very light pink blushes, and glossy lip gloss. lol. umm...usually i get caramel color lipgloss. you can put eyeliner on top and bottom. i just usally put it on the bottom though. good luck!

Please don't use eyeliner on both top and bottom!! I think younger girls who do that look like hookers. Just wear in on the top and you will do fine. Also, use light shades of pink blush and a tinted lip gloss. I don't know what color lip gloss, you just have to try them to see what looks good on you. Wal-Mart, Target, and K- Mart have a nice cheap selection to choose from. If you to to a cosmetic counter, they can give you a makeover so you can see what colors work for you. Then if you want to you can buy from them, or just remember the colors and then go to any of the stores I just mentioned and find something similar to them.

for your skin..if you need cover-up, i suggest dream matte mousse by maybelline [i think]. if you want to wear eyeliner, it goes on the bottom eyelid. you put it from the outside corner of your eye ALMOST to your tear duct. dont get it in your tear duct because that can burn and cause irritation. for lip color, i recommend something lightly colored but not a neutral color..maybe a light transparent pink or something like that. some light blush may do good. a light rose or something. eyeshadow would be best if done either matching your lips and blush, or a neutral color. it goes just on your eyelid. i suggest like a beige or something.
