since he has moved jobs he asked me out for a few drinks one night and told me how much fancied me since i started work a few months ago and since hes left he feels like he can have a fling or something with me as he has a g/f and i have a b/f, he is 15years older than me, i like him but i don't think i could go through with anything but i don't no how to say it to him without him falling out with me,

Up front and honest is the only way to handle this. You have a boyfriend, and he has a grilfriend.....all he wants is an affair. That would cost you more than you are willing to pay! Tell him so, in language that he can comprehend!!
