We are in central Wisconsin and homes here vary. It depends what side of town you want to live on and the ammentities the neighborhood has to offer. The west and north end are the big booming areas and the homes are 125K to 400K. They are huge...3000 sq. ft and more. On the south and east ends are moderate from 60K to 199K. Our home is a 12 yr old single family ranch with a detatched 2 car garage and full basement with 1 acre of nicely mature trees. Approx 1750 sq. ft and a whopping 130K. The taxes are high here.

LOL! How old are you, besides? Do you undergo in innovations the Carter years? because I do. My father bought authentic resources, in Florida. It became negative. a sensible interest price became 14% for a 5 year balloon personal loan. And it wasn't a media created housing bust, like this one, both. It became inflation-pushed and unemployment pushed. And in spite of what is going on at present with the genuine resources marketplace (we are settling down after a improve, in my view, to the costs we ought to continuously be at), prices of interest are nevertheless low. Unemployment continues to be low, and gas lines are not around the nook. After Carter, Reagan ought to do no incorrect, and the commercial gadget quickly got here back. And Clinton probable loved the end results of Reagan, more effective than any President.

I live in Haringey in London, UK. Haringey is a really horrible and violent place but because it's in London the cheapest house prices are about £200,000 or $373,549 and the dearest are about £300,000 to £350,000 or $560,312 to $653,690. But if you go to central London for a house with 2-4 rooms it's about £900,000 or $1,681,073.
