Because they think they "deserve" everything. Home, food, money, etc....I get so sick and tired of working my fingers to the bone only to give it to others that don't want to work. Now, elderly or the infirm- sure, give what they need.
But to depend on the gov. for EVERYTHING you have is pathethic.

A majority of people don't commit murder. Is the "murderer" minority the one you're talking about? Maybe it's the minority who have been convicted of noise violations; these "loud" people would disturb your peace in a sense.
Maybe it's the minority of people who are sensible. Do they bother you?
What kinds of "minorities" are you thinking about, and why do they disturb you? Have you considered that the problm might be with you and not them?
