I have a couple questions-
I have heard that you have to save Madd Dogg from jumping off a casino building, but didn't you kill him when you threw him in the ocean in Los Santos?
When you do all of the missions in Los Santos is it true that you can go back there but you can't start gang wars?
Do the "Ballas" take over when you leave Los Santos?

Yes you have to save Madd Dogg when he jumps. As far as starting gang wars, Ive never tried. Go to the raceway not far from CJs first house and win the race. Outside you'll find a nascar car and bigfoot. They're a blast

You didn't throw Madd Dogg in the Ocean, you threw his manager in the ocean.
