As a one time thing? nothing will happen.
Of course I am not sure how a man would "ingest estrogen from a woman" but whatver.
Think about getting a blood transfusion. A lot of blood in the blood supply is from women - filled with their girly girly estrogen. Yet men who get that blood don't suddenly stop growing body har, or suddenly grow breasts and sing soprano...
Don't worry too much.

How could you ingest a women's estrogen??? If you mean by something stupid like drinking her pee, the amount would be too little to really do anything unless you drink pee non stop all day.
The only way a man can take too much estrogen to do harm is if he takes hormone pills or such directly. If you do, you can grow boobs, it will stop you from shaving, your testes can shrink, you can even begin to lactate. I am sure there is other things that can happen too, like emotional changes etc..

have u seen the longest yard w/ adam sandler, how they change the steroids with estrogen....the man will start acting and changing into a woman, but that is after a constant daily dosage
