what should I look up, or where do i go for this its very tiny its a dot on my hand witch i alway say its a mole...but im so ashamed of it was very stupid I was 15 and had no idea what the hell i was doing ...anyway Will this look ugly if i get it removed will it leave a ugly scar on my hand?

instead of surgury
get
a peach or tanned or your color of skin on tattoo ink like it will be like tattoo cover up
cover the dot up with skin colored tattoo ink

It will definitely leave a slight scar and it will hurt A LOT and will take a very long time. Next time, you should think more carefully about tattoos as a permanent lifetime thing.

It will be very painful. Every 6 weeks you come back and have to do something else to it to get it removed. It will be very expensive too. Try your dermatologist.

Get it evaluated by a dermatologist, who should be able to tell you what the outcome will be. A small scar might be preferable to the tatoo, if it's really bothering you.

try searching for "laser tattoo removal". If it's good for Angelina, it's good for you. And my guess... the tattoo probably hurt, so the removal will too, but pain is temporary.
