You need to check the lug pattern (5 bolt etc.) But you can use a kit (usually) to get them to fit, but it will be bad on your car. They will probably rub and can even cause damage to your suspension etc. If you just want to stunt around town you would probably be okay, but definitely don't get on the highway with them.

I actual have a chum with 20" on his ninety two and it rubs loopy inspite of blocks in the springs he has already replace the tires thrice cuz the wheel wells decrease the tires and thats with low profile tires and the automobile already has air shocks and its a front wheel force no longer something better than 18 is solid for a cadi until its rear wheel pushed

yeah it will, like the first answer with a kit and spacers if you have struts that are low
that will be sweet you will be riding on rubber bands but it will look cool.
Sedan Deville or Coupe? either way it will look sick
