They'vebeen out here 4 times and can't figure out how to hook up the tivo so it works with their system. I just can't work with this lameness anymore.

We have direct tv (with tivo) and love it! We recently stayed with my mom for 2 weeks and she has dish...they suck! Switch to direct tv we have never had a problem in 2 years!
lolthey probably don't answer since if they don't you can't cancel!

You have the patience of a Saint. 2 hours? I would have rained fire and brimstone on that place after 15 minutes.
