depends on your definition of tacky. and by my own definition i love to be tacky. get all dressed up in tacky clothes and go to a restaurant and flaunt my tackiness. being loud and laughing hard and having fun and not caring that the people around me are rolling their eyes and sighing. life is too short not to have fun. so if i like it and it doesn't hurt people why not do it?
Not all the time mind you...but yes it's fun to just let go and be loud and out there and just be free.
