Estimation, I spend about $250 to $350 on groceries per month and live with my husband. Seems like food was much cheaper in the old days, but in the new world seem like food costs more than it used to be. In the old days, my mother in-law have spent $100 per month, a family of four with 2 boys, but can't seem to get away with that kind of amount just to feed two people per month. I do buy non brand items as well as use coupons to save as much money as possible.

About $400 a month now (summer). We will go to the farmers market for our fruits and veggies and then try to eat mainly fish and maybe a red meat once a week. This amount does not include our wine which can vary.

I'd say around $400 a month, that's for me, my hubby and my daughter--- that is buying only the essentials most trips !
Everything is so freakin' expensive now. It seems every week the prices go up !

probably about $600 if you include wine. It depends on how often you eat in and what you like to eat. my wife and I like to eat fairly healthy foods.
