If you attach the Casio Exilim Zoom Z60 to the computer can you use it as a webcam? if not, what webcam do you think i should buy if I have DSL but the other end a a slower connection?
what has good quality for good price?

You can use almost any camera that has a connection to a computer for a webcam, but the Casio you mentioned is more expensive than you need for webcam duty. The link below shows webcams that are much more reasonably priced and they come with a stand which saves you more money. The Casio you mentioned would require a stand or a small tripod to keep it stationary.

Another advantage of getting a camera designed for webcam work is, it will come with software designed for the camera to be used as a webcam and will save you some setup heartaches!

A 2MP digital camera is especially good for video chatting. yet yeah, in case you want a good greater advantageous one, you may advantageous get a USB Webcam. this is going to truly artwork :) (yeah you may connect a seperate webcam however you have an in-outfitted one) And as to which webcam is acceptable, get any from a great sort with each and all of the specs you like ;)
