I want to marry my boyfriend but he lives in India. I want to know how can I bring him over here so we both can get married in the USA. Is it quicker for him to get here if we want to marry ?

he needs to apply for a VISA. Once he has his tourist visa he can travel here. But remember, even if you are a usa citizen just because you get married does not entitle him to permanant residence in the USA. When his Visa is up, he must go back or be here illegally. He needs to appy for permanent residency just like everyone else.

My sister was married to a man from India,he was an ****** if i was you i would drop him there all the same demanding
