Do you mean Invitro Fertalization? If so, it's also known as making test tube babies.

--> Recap<--

What happens is, is that they pull out of one your eggs from your ovaries. Then they take the sperm from you husband and they inject his sperm into your egg under a telescope and place the fertilization into a test tube. If this was successfull, then they'll inject the egg/sperm into your uterus, where it'll grow into a baby.

-->Pros<--
The pros are that you will get your baby and that this is a great way for infertal couples to have a child.

-->Cons<--
Sadly, this is a very expensive procedure. Ofcourse the price has fallen down a bit, but it is still quite expensive. Also, this isn't guarenteed though. There are couples that have to do this 5-6 times just to get a child, then the child is loss due to a mother's miscarriage. So it's really risky. Back in 2001, I did a research paper on this topic and one of the examples I used was there was this 50 year old woman who had a child through IVF.

So I guess its' up to you, my sister in law tried this with her husband and this route didn't work because the sperm and the eggs just died in her uterus because her uterus did not form the lining to hold the egg in place and was washed out. They stopped after like 2 tries and 50,000 poorer.

If your husband has a low sperm count, that's okay. Here are some tips you are trying to concieve. Have sex atleast 2 times a week and have him c u m inside of you. After he does, put a pillow under your butt to elevate your hips. This will guarentee that his sperm will be in that resiviour and that your cervix will be dipping in there, thus allowing for the sperm to enter your urterus. Also try to have sex a few days before you have your period, because you're most fertile at that time and make sure to elevate your butt with a pillow afterwards. My cousin tried this and they had twins... they've been trying for a year and I suggested that he try this methods and within 4 months... she was pregnent. Try it, I can't guarentee it either, but it's a cheap... free infact.. it'll only cost time because you gotta lay there for about 5-10 minutes... but then again, i'm pretty sure you guys would be having pillow talk around that time.

So the choice is up to you. It's just my 2 cents. What ever you decide to do, best of luck and god bless you.

properly, i'm uncertain what state you're in, yet i be responsive to that the Idaho midsection of Reproductive drugs is a powerful place. I went there for IVF and became fortuitously pregnant the 1st pass around. those Endocrinologists are very proficient and characteristic a fashion of waiting a minimum of 5 days for the embryos to realize "blastocyst" degree. This allowed me for my being pregnant and the situation lies with me, no longer my companion. i'm additionally optimistic that they'd artwork with the low count variety.
