Many of the background people that Bush and his administration depends on, were involved heavily in the Reagan administration. Off the top of my head, this includes Libby.

Party label. Otherwise it stops there. Reagan was smart. bush is not. Reagan was the "great communicator". Bush is not.

Reagan vetoed things that were dumb, Bush has vetoed one thing and almost everyone is against his damn veto.

Reagan had better hair, too.
