No. It's a serious disease. You should rush to the doctor's right away and have that thing amputated. Otherwise, it spread to your head, and you head will start moving up and down as well. Once that happens it's too late. You're a goner.

i'm female but i still know the answer to that: YES. It's due to these things every person has...they're called muscles! HeHe. It's just like how some people can wiggle their ears...it's allll about muscle control.
