Ohhh I've had a few of those. Here are your best two options. #1 Pleade innocent and show up to court. If you are in the Bronx, there is a chance the cop won't show up and the judge will throw your ticket out. #2 Plead guilty and beg the judge to reduce it to a non moving violation. Everyone pleads "no contest". When I have pled guilty, two times the judge gave me a reduced sentance for being the only person in the room to admit I was guilty.

Try getting a good lawyer, if you don't have any other prior offenses, you may be able to get out of it. However, it may just be cheaper to pay the ticket, then to pay the lawyer!

get a lawyer. They fight them for a living. $200 bucks will save you thousands after accounting for insurance premiums. They may make the whole thing go away.

Getting a lawyer is about your only hope. You can mail it in and plead not guilty and hope the issuing officer doesnt show up in court. You automatically win in that situation.

Pay the ticket and go to school so your insurance premium won't raise.

don't fight it. you were stupid enough to get caught, live up to your mistakes, pay the fine and deal with it. be a good person and not like the rest of the idiots who want to get out of sticky situation they got themselves into

Tell the judge that you don't normally speed. Its just that you were drinking at the time and your judgement was impared.
