I started singing at the age of two and became quite good. However during my life here in Oregon, and constant screaming matches with my now ex, I have noticed that my voice has become increasingly harsher and damaged. I want to reverse this. Is there anyway that you know that you can do certain excersises for the vocal chords or anything? I want my beautiful voice back! People say its still beautiful but as a singer, a person knows when somehting is wrong and something is deffinately wrong!

It can be repaired - you should go see an ears, nose, throat specialist.

You need to let your vocal cords heal and learn anti anger exercises never again to get so angry and yell again. Remember, no matter how angry he made you, you yelled as well, so you also have anger management issues. Your voice will never heal until you can handle the anger and yelling.
