well just be yourself, and remember to respect her and MAKE THE FIRST MOVE!!!!!! don't let her slip away, let her know that you have a crush on her and let her take it in, the worst thing that could happen would be for her to say that she doesn't feel the same way. but on the other hand, she can always say that she feels the same way about you, but also keep in mind that you should only tell her after you have become a friend of hers. if she does say that she doesn't feel the same way about you, don't sweat it, she can always take that back! What he is asking is what ways can he approach a girl to make her eventually want to be his girlfriend.
My suggestion is to be yourself, but make sure you are nice and pay her plently of compliments. Ask her out on a date.
