Baby oil Im a beauty therapist and get it on the floor and trolley and yes plastic all the time so baby oil works perfectly failing that surgical spirit failing that nail polish remover. I promise use a dry cotton wool pad to remove it if it is just a little and if a lot apply loads of oil and use a scourer and remove easy peasy do it all the time!!

He kind of answered your question :) You shouldn't wax if you can't tolerate the pain. You can call it skin-irritating, too. It works, though, that's why people do it. Best results - try pulsed light hair removal. It's a better alternative to laser hair removal. You can do it at home, too.

If you can get it ice cold, like putting it in a freezer, you should be able to just peel the wax away from the plastic.

Goo gone if it's hard plastic and there's not a lot of wax. If it's a lot of wax, then boiling water will do the trick unless it's thin plastic.
If its a lot of wax on thin plastic, pitch it.

olive oil may do the trick (it works great in the ears too)
something to do with the polycarbons in the oil dissolving the wax mind you you will then have a greasy mess to clean off

Try an ice cube. It should freeze it and make it brittle so you can scrape it off easier. Hope this helps!
