You are cent % right. The Government needs to be blamed. There is insufficient judges to give verdicts. The so called lawyers also are not bothered to finish the cases in time. There has been an inordinate delay caused in the court proceedings. Favoring politicians has been the order of the day. Justice denied in India is accountable for at least 40%
