Car broke down in the middle of nowhere and its taken the mechanics ages to figure out what wrong, meanwhile your sitting in a tiny room with the temprature gauge rapidly approaching 100 and getting more and more irrate everytime they um or argh at all the different parts in you car repeating the words "this aint gonna be cheap i'm afraid!" like they're actually afraid of costing you money!!!
Got me a Friday off a few weeks back anyways.

If you've already had lots of sick days you need to create something miraculously different, 'I woke i the night to discover I was being robbed, pretty shaken up etc', 'Really bad stomach cramps in the night, on way to accident and emergency because the pain is so bad', 'The house has flooded, can't leave it like this, need to wait for plumbers/builers and clean the place up'. Rashes. There's never really a solution to rashes. They come and go and they can get really really bad, to the point where you can't see because your eyes get all puffy. DO IT. It works!
Oh! And also say it's because of your hives...since it's summertime there are more flowers in bloom - and it's HOT outside.

Can't you feel your stomach starting to tighten up, your head starting to ache, the nausea starting. My diagnois is a 24 hour bug.

If your a male say kids are sick and so is the wife (worse than the kids)

tell your boss you have a hangover then go out and really get drunk so you can take the next day off also
