Men do not have menses so they do not need menstrual pads. However, when a man has hemorrhoid surgery, many use the light days to protect the underwear from any drainage.
In fact, if you are in a pinch for a lage bandage, use a piece of a sanitary pad and tape it. Makes a great, sanitary bandage for men and women. How do I know? Guess!
