You cannot get tapeworms in your scrotum but there is a species of paracitic worm which does inhabit the scrotum, it's pretty rare and very noticeable as your sack will grow hugely swollen very quickly.

it's not testicail ;it's testicoil.and it's not sacks, it's socks. In the 1920s they used to use tapeworms to darn them, now they use them to look like spagetti hanging from branches...
