Right click and check that the "lock the taskbar" option isn't ticked, if it is switch it off, then you can drag and drop where you want it.

THEN... as quickly as you have dragged the bar back to the backside, this is beneficial to top click on the bar and consider "Lock the Taskbar". which will save every person from having the ability to accidently pass it interior the destiny.

Right click and uncheck the "lock the taskbar" option, and then drag it around your screen, it will go to the side and then the bottom.

Right-click, untick lock taskbar, and then left click and drag the taskbar to wherever you want it

Right click on it to make sure it is unlocked, then left click and drag it to where you want, then right click on it again to lock it
