Start off slowly.
Maybe first try going outside, like on your porch.
Then once you feel comfortable with that, you progress. Baby steps! Good luck!

just thinking=try putting a paper bag over your head first.dont trip.maybe if you can handle outside with bag,put eyehole or 2 in bag.do a progressive exposure self- therapy as you feel comfortable.good luck.

professional therapy, they can help you get to the root of your fear adn get past it. Possibly also hypnotherapy by a reputable doctor.
