Isn't that how 13 year old best friends act? In my day, we held hands and hugged and had pillow fights at 13. We didn't know about sex, or homosexuality. Why is it always about SEX? why can't it be about life?

maybe or maybe not. some 13 year old girls act like that. if you want to know. all you have to do is ask her about in a nice way. dont have an attitude. if she is a lez. you can still be her bff. dont dislike her cuz she like the same sex. you jsut said you have nothing against gays/lez

i wouldn't stress about it too much. it already sounds like you are growing apart from each other as friends. i mean, the fact that you could just toss her freindship if she is gay tells me that maybe you have already decided you aren't that interested in being her friend anymore.
i would keep in contact with her, but set your own boundaries for yourself so you don't feel sucked into a situation that you aren't comfortable with. chances are, she's just a clingy friend, or maybe she is gay and is curious and not totally comfortable with it yet, so she picked someone she felt good about for her first crush.
any way you cut it, her being gay isn't a great reason to not be friends anymore, however, everyone has a right to decide their own friends, so if it bugs you out, then move on to a different group of people.
take care and someday, i hope you'll realize that there's nothing wrong with having gay friends.

she might be gay or she just might be having problems at home. even if she was a lezbian you should be her friend just tell her that u dont want to be asked out by her or anything like that. so just remeber she might be just going thru a fase.
78% of girls think they r bio or lez and they act like it

It's possible, but it's also possible that your friend is bisexual. And it's ALSO possible you're reading the signs wrong. My girlfriends (and by that I mean friends who are girls) and I always say stuff like "Love ya!" and stuff. It's natural for us to gush about each other's hair. Like I said, she can either be lesbian, bisexual, or YOU may be overreacting.
But why would you want to shove her away? I agree it might be uncomfortable at times, but she's still your friend. Try to support her instead of turning the other cheeck.

i dont think so cause i think what she means is "i love u like as a friend". i tell my friends that to. im not a lez, but its like a "i care about u "love. its confusing.

you shouldn't be that worried.ide be more about what kind of a friend you are. if you were truly bff then you wouldn't let that ruin it. you should sit down and talk about it. if she admits it then you should tell her how uncomfortable it is and that your not like that. dont assume!! talk to her

Well, that's rather scary, isn't it?
I don't know about these things, but I would just treat it like some guy you felt sorry for liked you. Like you're nice to them but you don't go out with them or whatever.
