what's better to cook with, a gas or electric stove?

I believe most peopl like what they grew up with and learned to cook with. Gas is good because when you turn the heat off, it is off where electric takes a while to cool down. However, I do prefer electric. I always burnt everything when I had a gas stove. but ideally I like a gas one better.

I would think gas, because it allows a better flavor to get into your food, whereas electric stoves just cook it. Just as I think gas grills are better than electric because it gets that good grill flavor in the food and makes the meal a whole lot better.

Gas cooking is the best. It's easier to control the heat and it's faster. I would not buy a home that could not be plumbed for a gas stove now.

To be honest with you the are both great to cook with.
Electric gets things done faster in my oppition. Gas is ok when you have no power from natural disasters such has cars hiting telephone and eltric poles, and wind and rain storms such a hurricanes and natural disasters. depending on you location some towns don't allow you to use gas stoves I know my new town doesn't. But each town or city has the regulations on what is allowed and not allowed.
