do u have adobe acrobat reader cuz if u do i have a workout especially for u to develop hops so u can dunk if u do just tell me and i will send u the workout






bring the rim about 4 feet to the ground



Well you take the oreo and put it in the milk and thats how you dunk...





1.grab a ball
2.start a few steps from the rim
3. get a little speed and gather (either 1 foot or 2)
4. elevate
5. throw the ball through the rim
It's that simple
(It also helps that im 6'5")

1. strengthen your leg muscles
-- you can do that by:
a)jump roping
b)"backwards limbo"-jump over a pole(or something) and set it higher each time
c)set the goal low and dunk in it. then set it higher every time
d) jog a mile, ride a bike, etc.
e)all of the above
2. run a short distance to dunk
3. you can also get a big, but low trampoline and dunk on a goal 10ft.+

ps. this, as you know will take weeks to do. You can't really dunk on a 10ft goal when you're just starting... have fun

stroll and run in your tip feet or possibly get a few force sneakers. I used to be dunking at thirteen however I used to be practically 6 ft tall on the time I hade a 30 inch vertical too...perform a little leg press, possibly a few squats and get plenty of leisure (you develop whilst you sleep)

all u have to do it, get u a good running start and take off with confidence, if u believe in ur self you'll get up there, but this also depends on ur leg muscles. i am 5'10 and i am getting up there
